is my bodybuilding progaram advisable?
im 18 weigh 10 stone eat very healthy diet and have done light weights now for 2 monthes. i stretch first and do 3 exercises for each muscle (3 sets of ten reps for each) and now using maximum weight as i can....

monday,
chest triceps abs

wednesday
back biceps forearms

friday
shoulders calves quadriceps

i take 100% whey protein after it and get plenty of rest. is this a good workout routine to build muscle? if not could u recommend me a better program?
