which drink i can take after my training, Banana+Apple Milkshake or orange juice which is more beneficial to me (so my i got mass and increase my size soon) |

| i've also interest in body building and i'm taking apart in this amazing exericse nearly 7 months, and u may drink Banana+Apple(mixer) milkshake, it is necessary for a body builder, only milk is better than other drinks, drink one Kg milk after taking exercise(body building). |
