Which drink is best after doing my bodybuilding training i.e Banana+Apple Milkshake or orange juice?
i am doing BODY building from last 5 months. Nowadays i am doing MASS gaining exercises to increase my MASS.

which drink i can take after my training,

Banana+Apple Milkshake or orange juice

which is more beneficial to me (so my i got mass and increase my size soon)

The Milkshake...because it will contain more protein due to the milk added.

i've also interest in body building and i'm taking apart in this amazing exericse nearly 7 months, and u may drink Banana+Apple(mixer) milkshake, it is necessary for a body builder, only milk is better than other drinks, drink one Kg milk after taking exercise(body building).
