Bodybuilding?
Could you please take a look at this workout I've written and tell me if its good or not? Will it work? What supplements should I take?

Monday: Forearms/Abs

Forearms- palm down wrist curl, palm up wrist curl,reverse barbell curl
Abs- sit ups, weighted crunchs

Tuesday: Shoulders/back

Shoulders- Rocky presses, dumbbell raise, seated barbell press

Back- deadlifts, barbell shrug, bent over barbell row

Wednesday:quads/abs

Quads- Barbell full squat, barbell hack squat

Abs-Sit ups, weighted crunches

Thursday:Rest

Friday:Chest/biceps

Chest- flat bench press, incline bench, decline press, dumbell flyes

Biceps-Barbell curls, concentration curls, alternate hammer curl, close grip barbell curl

Saturday: Rest

Sunday:Triceps/abs

Triceps- close grip bench press, reverse grip bench press, dumbbell one arm curl, lying dumbbell tricep extension

Abs-sit ups, weighted crunches

Are these day OK? Will I get results working out just 5 days a week and restin
Im not looking to compete or anything but I would like to get quite big.
